Assembly That Works in the RoomPutting furniture together is only part of the project.
A wardrobe still needs to stand level. Cabinet sections need consistent lines. Drawers and doors need to operate without rubbing. A floating console needs to be mounted to an appropriate wall structure. Tall furniture may need to be secured. Several pieces may need to align as one installation.
Our Guys consider the furniture, room, wall construction, surrounding finishes and intended use before calling the project complete.

IKEA Furniture Assembly in Manhattan
Our Guys assemble individual IKEA products and larger modular installations, including:
- PAX wardrobes
- BESTÅ storage systems
- BILLY bookcases
- KALLAX shelving
- MALM and HEMNES furniture
- Desks and office systems
- Kitchen and pantry cabinets
- Bathroom storage
- Children’s furniture
- Connected modular systems
For a larger PAX, BESTÅ, kitchen or multi-room project, send the design plan, product list, room photographs and delivery information in advance. We can then determine the crew, estimated time and whether the project should receive a fixed price.
Wayfair Furniture Assembly in Manhattan
Wayfair furniture can range from one compact cabinet to a large multi-box product, outdoor structure or complete room setup.
Our Guys can check the delivered components, assemble the product, position it, make final adjustments and secure it when required.
If parts are missing or damaged, we can document the issue and help identify what the retailer or manufacturer needs to replace.
Ralph Lauren Home, Zara Home & Designer Furniture
We work with Ralph Lauren Home, Zara Home and other furniture selected for carefully finished interiors.
Premium service is not about making the installation dramatic. It is about handling the product properly, protecting the property, keeping the work area organized and finishing the details without creating additional work for the client.
Floors, stone, glass, millwork, artwork and surrounding furniture are protected as part of the installation environment.
Whether the product costs $200 or $20,000, it should be assembled correctly and look right in the room.
Closet & Wardrobe Installation
Closets and wardrobes require precise leveling, alignment and adjustment, particularly when multiple modules form one continuous system.
Our Guys can assemble and install:
- Modular wardrobes
- Walk-in closet systems
- Shelves and drawer modules
- Clothing rails
- Interior organizers
- Shoe storage
- Wardrobe doors and hinges
- Integrated accessories and lighting
Manhattan floors and walls are not always perfectly straight. Each section may therefore need individual adjustment before the complete installation aligns properly.
Large closet installations are typically reviewed and quoted as complete projects.
Kitchen Cabinets, Built-Ins & Modular Furniture
Kitchen cabinets and built-in furniture sit between conventional furniture assembly and finish installation.
These projects may include:
- Reviewing plans and product documentation
- Confirming measurements and access
- Coordinating delivery
- Assembling cabinet boxes and modules
- Positioning and leveling
- Joining adjacent sections
- Securing the installation
- Aligning doors and drawers
- Installing interior accessories
- Completing a final punch list
Because small discrepancies become highly visible across a row of cabinets, kitchens, built-ins and multi-module installations are generally priced as complete projects rather than ordinary hourly assembly.
Wall-Mounted Furniture & Anti-Tip Anchoring
Floating consoles, suspended cabinets and tall storage systems require an installation method appropriate for the furniture, wall construction, weight, intended load and manufacturer instructions.
Our Guys can assemble the furniture and complete appropriate mounting or anti-tip anchoring as part of the same visit.
The wall may be drywall, plaster, masonry, concrete or another finished surface. Suitable hardware is selected after evaluating the installation location and project requirements.
Correcting Improperly Assembled Furniture
Furniture that has already been assembled may still be repairable when:
- Doors do not align
- Drawers bind or will not close
- The unit rocks or leans
- Panels were installed incorrectly
- Hardware is missing or loose
- Modules do not line up
- Shelves are not level
- The furniture was not properly secured
Our Guys can inspect the piece, disassemble the affected area when appropriate, correct the assembly and make final adjustments.
If structural components have already been damaged, we will explain what can reasonably be repaired and which parts may need replacement.
Furniture Disassembly & Reassembly
Large furniture does not always fit through Manhattan doorways, elevators, staircases or hallways while assembled.
We can disassemble suitable furniture and reassemble it in another room, apartment or approved project location.
This can be useful during:
- Apartment moves
- Renovations
- Floor refinishing
- Room changes
- Office reconfigurations
- Retail resets
- Property staging
We do not provide moving trucks or general transportation services. When furniture is being moved to another address, transportation must be arranged separately unless specifically included in an approved project estimate.
Complete Apartment & Move-In Furniture Installation
A newly furnished Manhattan property may receive products from several retailers across several delivery dates.
Instead of scheduling an unrelated assembler for every box, our team can work through the complete property and coordinate:
- Furniture assembly
- Placement by room
- Wardrobes and closets
- Cabinetry
- Wall-mounted furniture
- Home office setup
- Fitness equipment
- Terrace furniture
- Appropriate mounting and installation work
- Final adjustments and punch-list items
This service is useful for new residences, pied-à-terre properties, furnished rentals, model apartments, staging projects and homes being prepared before the owner arrives.
Commercial Furniture Assembly in Manhattan
Commercial furniture installation accounts for a major part of our work.
An office, store or showroom is not a collection of unrelated boxes. It is an operating space with a schedule, floor plan, access requirements and completion deadline.
Our Guys handle individual commercial furniture tasks, office reconfigurations, retail installations and larger multi-room projects throughout Manhattan.

The Guys handle the installation.
The home or business is ready when the client returns.
Delivery, Missing Parts & Material Pickup
Furniture deliveries do not always arrive complete.
Boxes may be damaged, hardware may be missing, or the included wall anchors may not be appropriate for the installation surface.
Depending on the project, our Guys can:
- Review delivered boxes and visible components
- Check product quantities
- Document damaged or missing parts
- Help identify required replacement hardware
- Communicate the necessary information to a retailer or manufacturer
- Purchase appropriate fasteners, anchors and minor materials

Packaging, Cleanup & Disposal
Our Guys keep the assembly area organized, break down packaging and take boxes and packing materials to the client’s designated building dumpster or disposal area when requested.
If old furniture, packaging or other material needs to be transported to a junkyard or off-site disposal facility, that service requires separate arrangements and an additional charge.
We leave the furniture ready to use and the space ready to live or work in.
Flexible Scheduling
Furniture delivery, business schedules and building rules do not always align conveniently.
Our service is flexible by design.
Depending on availability and property requirements, furniture assembly can be scheduled for:
- Same-day service
- Early mornings
- Evenings
- Weekends
- Business off-hours
- A specific time before an owner or guest arrives
- A commercial completion or opening deadline

We will build the appointment or project around the actual requirement.
